What are your hours of operation?We are open Thursday - Sunday 11am - 4pm.

Do I need a reservation?Reservations are not required, but are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability. Parties of 6 or more must call to book a reservation. Parties 10 or more will be required to book a private event.

What is the deposit for when booking a reservation? How does it work?At this time our system doesn't allow us to hold credit card information, so alternatively we require a $10 per person deposit to secure your reservation. In the event of a no-show or cancellation/modification less than 24 hours before your reservation is will be non-refundable. We will issue a refund if we are closed to inclement weather, however if we are open, the above policy still stands. Once you arrive, the deposit will be refunded back to you. It does not come off your final bill. The deposit will also be required for those booking over the phone. We will send you a paylink via email, which will need to be submitted within 24 hours to secure the booking. Not doing so, will cancel the reservation. We cannot guarantee the date/time slot will remain available.

What if I am running late for my reservation?Please call us to let us know if you are running late. However, keep in mind that we cannot hold your table for more than 20 minutes past your reservation time.

Can I book a reservation for a party 6 or greater?Yes, you will need to call the tearoom to book a party for 6 or more guests. Please note that a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill. It cannot be split between more than 2 credit cards. We require members of a large party to preselect their sandwiches for the tea service so that we can ensure a more fluid and pleasurable experience. We will send a pre-order form to the person whom the reservation is under. Order forms must be returned no later than 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Large parties must adhere to the 90 minute dining time. We are a small establishment and only seat 18 people at a time, so for parties of 10 or more, to better ensure you have a seamless experience and our other patrons do as well, you will be required to book a private event. Is there parking?There is street parking outside of the tea room, however it can fill up quickly. There are two public lots just over the bike path. One is located between Market St & Child St and the other is on Railroad Ave, just off Child St.

Is there a dress code?There is no dress code. Come as you are or get gussied up! It's your experience.

Is your location handicap accessible?We are working on getting a ramp. There are two small steps to get into the tea room. Our tables can accommodate a wheelchair. The restroom is narrow but a wheelchair can pull straight in and would have to back out.

What forms of payments do you accept?Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, G-Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks.

Can my party split the bill?We do not split the bill between more than 2 credit cards. If your party would like to each pay individually, we request you pay in cash.

How does your menu work?Whether you have a reservation or walk-in, our menu works the same. Each member of your party will be able to select from either the Afternoon Tea (3 finger sandwiches, scones, pastries & pot of tea) or the Luncheonette (choice of one full sandwich, bowl of soup, quiche, avocado toast or ricotta toast - served with a side salad.). We also offer a La Petite Tea for children 12 and under (2 finger sandwiches, scone, pastries & cup of tea, hot cocoa or lemonade. The quiche of the day and soup can both be added on to your tea service as enhancements. There are also additional beverage options, including bubble tea, which can be added to your order. Our menu selections are priced per person and cannot be split.

How long will my dining experience last?While we want your experience to be relaxing, we have slated an hour & a half for each party to ensure tables will be available for each reservation block. However if it's not a busy day, your party will be welcome to stay longer.

Do you offer gluten free options?Yes! Our Afternoon Tea Service is offered in a gluten free option. All the sandwiches stay the same, with the exception of some bread types. The pastries are different than those which are non-gluten free. Our Luncheonette options are also all gluten free with the exception of the quiche, at this time.

Do you offer vegetarian options?Yes! We have several options. Our Afternoon Tea Service has 3 vegetarian sandwich options. Our Luncheonette also has several vegetarian options including 3 sandwich options, all of our soups, both toast options & some of our quiches (selections vary daily).

Do you offer any vegan/dairy free options?Yes! Our Luncheonette has the portobello sandwich which can be modified for to be dairy free/vegan, the avocado toast and the coconut carrot ginger soup & roasted tomato soup (selections vary daily). At this time, we do not offer our tea service in a vegan/dairy free option.

I have food allergies, can you accommodate?Yes! Please let us know at the time of your booking, and let your server know, of any allergies so we can ensure a safe dining experience.

Do you offer takeout?We have a daily selection of pastries, scones, soups, quiche, tea, bubble tea & other beverages for take-out. We do not offer our Afternoon Tea or Luncheonette to-go at this time.

Is your venue available for private events?Yes! We have several options. We are a small venue and do not have an event room, therefore prices vary depending on day/time. We have a 24 person capacity, perfect for your next intimate affair. Please visit our event page for more information. Do you offer children's birthday parties?Yes! Parties are currently offered during regular business hours and will be set-up towards to back of our dining room to give you a more private feel. Do you offer gift cards?At this time we only offer digital gift cards which can be purchase on our website. We are looking into physical cards and are hoping to offer them in the near future. Please stay tuned!

Do you sell loose leaf tea?Yes, we sell all of our loose leaf tea, with the exception of our specialty teas. Inquire at the front counter or your server.

Do you sell merchandise?Yes, we have a variety of merchandise from tea cups, tea accessories, teas & plants. We do not currently offer merchandise for online purchase.
